I'm thinking of getting a 1080 seahawk, but I'm not sure if it is worth the extra cost. Anyone have one and care to weigh in?

Hybrid coolers are awesome. The EVGA card is really well reviewed. Im sure the Seahawk is a champ too.

Do you have a custom loop set up already for your CPU? If you do, you could get the Zotac 1080 Arctic Storm, which is a Zotac AMP! Extreme with a special Water Block attached. If you don't i'd personally go toward the EVGA Hybrid cooler just from my past history with EVGA Customer Support.
Custom loop go with this.

Yea, but then you have to take off the air cooler and void the warranty of the GPU. With the Arctic Storm 1080, the cooler is part of the card. And, it's actually really well made according to JayzTwoCents, which is one of the watercooling afficianados on Youtube.
No custom loop currently, just running a 5 year old H100 for CPU. I'll wait till availability is better on the seahawk so there's no price gouging.
