love deadpool, he is my favorite of all time. But it doesn't seem to feature the voice in his head "yet" which is the best part of deadpool. I only followed deadpool comic in pieces. So i don't exactly know when he start having the other voice.

I think he get it from fighting a magician-like villain on a rooftop where Thor jump in and crashed both of them into dust and when Dead pool regenerate he found the magician trap in his head and become his personality.

I am sure in the sequel he will. Remember they had a very limited budget and Reynolds had to fight to get it the R rating. I'm sure in the sequel they will have Cable and the talking voice and more fourth wall!
