Not my playstyle.

I was by myself (no squad mates) in a realistic air battle. It was a fight where my bomber was not effective. (my fault) I went down in flames early. I noticed a teammate had posted "quit the game and delete it", but did not post who the message was for. I checked his pilot rank, and he was lvl 86. I thought, "I'll just watch and see how good this guy is." I'm watching in spectator mode, and he gets one kill, but as he does he winds up with a fighter on his six. Before anyone opens fire on him, he hits his parachute.

I messaged him to ask why he jumped from an undamaged plane, and he told me it was to keep me from getting a kill. I explained that I don't TK, and even had I wanted to, I'd already been shot down. He quit responding to me at that point. I went ahead and added why I was watching, and that I had decided not to copy his play style.

Maybe he thought you was the enemy ?

I've had people do that to me in RB... especially jets, they'll just run away as i try to get close enough to shoot them, all around the match for like 20 or 30 mins or more and then when u get close enough they eject so u don't get a kill.... so lame lol but i guess its part of war i suppose

My guess is that he gets lots of texts to chew him out for that behavior. When I texted him after he bailed, I would bet he thought I was enemy. He's part of an 18-person squadron.

Yeah, this is becoming a more frequent thing in War Thunder, it's really quite sad to see it happening.
