You could always help him sort out a PayPal account and transfer PayPal to PayPal currency...
Currently War Thunder is doin +20% Golden Eagles if you pay via PayPal
you can buy him a gift via steam
Unfortunetly I dont have a paypal account.Spanakis you mean like a pack or something?He doesn't have WT on steam can I still send him from steam?
tell him to add it on steam isn't that hard. I think that's the only way

you can start the download , leave it for 5 mins, stop it , close steam , copy the game where steam was downloading the files and start steam again.
