Maneuver training
Hey everyone,
I was wondering, I like learning advanced maneuvers for flying, and I was wondering, is there anyone that is specially good at that, that can maybe teach me or anyone else interested some cool maneuvers? You know, stuff like how to avoid incoming attacks or simply learning how to take advantage of a particular plane's strengths.
If so let me know, and if anyone else wants to learn as well, then post here and we might be able to get a nice group going.
Cheers

these are plane specific. For example. One does not climb to engage in a p47,however I can outrun ANY vehicle in the game, including German up-tier fighters,in a Dive in a p47. However, there are some "General' rules for advanced maneuvers.
1-Altitude.ALWAYS have it if You're going to do these. They take space to do,space requires altitude. See/Erk-Rubble Maneuver on YT for this explained graphically *Epic fail alert*
2-Speed.Only 2 maneuvers of advanced type REQUIRE speed. Everything else is relative to the airframe You're fighting against.
3-Start w/the Russian fighters learning some of the maneuvers explained in the Game. There is a section,in your in-game menu, that provides basic written/graphic instructions on advanced maneuvers, such as the split-S *great against YAK series* as well as the Immelman, Thatch Weave, etc. Study them, take a few planes out in test-flight,and experiment with learning them
4-FLY with AOD and watch a few people. First 2 weeks I flew w/AOD_PapaP'nut, I spent more time watching HIM fly than actually playing the game.
5-Look up advanced maneuvers on YT for videos. Many available and often full of some good info!
