Planet Side 2 Voice Comms

I'm having an issue when it comes to the in game voice communications.. It'll be fine for about 10-15min (I can hear orders being given by the Platoon Leader/Squad Leader and people in the area) and then it'll stop. I've tried to reset it in game to no avail. I have to resort to closing the game and restarting PS2 to get it to work properly again. This makes it very difficult for keeping up with the platoon as there isn't a lot of text chat going on most of the time. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and what was done to fix it?

Sounds like a file problem in PS2 if your other in game audio remains fine. Try asking some PS2 guys and look on the official PS2 forums aswell.

PS2 uses a lot of different ports for its in game voice. Make sure all of them are forwarded. I forwarded most but missed one or two and had a similar issue. Ended up setting quiet a few rules in both local firewall and router.
