You should be able to find them in the "purchases" section, I'm not sure where is it located on Desktop version, but on Ipad is directly in the App Store and in Iphone/Ipod in the update section.
You might not find anymore the app page; it will just remain loading indefinitely but you can download them again.
i haven't found this true in my experience, if its removed from the store it is no longer in the cloud thus not in your not on device section.Quote:
