Looking for low priced parts

I'm trolling around ebay and my local craigslist looking for lga1150 boards, preferably Z8x or Z9x. I'm seeing tons that are being sold as-is on ebay, but don't want to risk there being more than whats pictured wrong with the motherboard.
For example, the one Im looking at (which ends soon) is just missing a PCIe slot (removed, or never properly installed. not sure) Seller's got pictures of the mobo POSTing and getting into BIOS. Recent pictures, with the proper information. Model number, brand, etc.

Anyone on here selling anything that 100% works?? Looking to spend no more than 50 on a mobo (which I know is a tight budget, but for a pentium G3258, I kinda want something I can overclock reliably.
Anybody know of any deals elsewhere?
