No, you don't have to download it. You can view it directly from the website, as long as you have Adobe Flash installed. I believe it's page 27?, but there is a page in the magazine with a picture you need to caption.

Very nicely done. Excellent information, solid training material (particularly for new comers, and good review for seasoned vets), nice historical articles. Quite professional....

Officer/Admin suggestion: Take a look, you might consider adding as a "sticky" thread with links to the issues in the Briefing Room Forum
