Have you tried updating your drivers mate?

latest patch is on
When you run the launcher there should be a little cog like icon. If you click there and look in the bottom left there should be a selection for render. Click it and a drop down menu should appear listing option, directX 11 should be one of them.

Did abit of research for you that was something I came across other than that uninstall direct X 11 and use 9 maybe
