Thoughts on this?

So I've been thinking what if we started a go fund me or something like that to buy gaijin and we actually make war thunder fun again I mean I know what I would do if I was in charge of warthunder.

I would add French tanks
I would give the Americans the MBT70 and give the germans their version of the MBT70 so that they have an additional post war tank besides just the leo1
I would un nerf the Sheridan's missiles
it1 would get the nerf hammer untill its replaced with a tank that wasn't a failure probably by a bmp variant or something else
I would also give the Germans a t54 for another post war tank kinda like how they have a mig15 in their air force branch
I would give tanks their actual armor thickness *cough*m60a1*cough*
I would change the unlocks so that when you get a tank it's already spaded because your totally gonna get issued a tank with no spare parts or fire suppression equipment
I would add armored cars to the germans so that they finally have something fast for the late war games
And I also think I have a way to add modernish jets into the game they would be super nerfed from irl but I'm pretty sure I have a way to make it playable but I cant really explain it thru a written medium
And I would cap the vehicle add in to 1985 so anything made after that aint getting into the game

I think it's the combat scenarios I would like to edit. There are things I would like to do to the maps, and to victory conditions, as well as some anti-spawncamping tweeks.

I see you like tanks a lot. What would you do for aircraft other than nerfing jets? Silkmonger has the right idea and
that is to change the combat scenarios for ALL vehicles. With a cutoff date of 1985 you would have to have a bunch
of different modes. WWll, Korea, Cold War, Vietnam and at that date you're getting pretty close to the Gulf War.

What I would do first is lower the BR spread for MM'ing to 0.7. Next I would separate WWll and later vehicles.
For example: the only jets that saw combat in WWll were the Me 262's the Meteors and I think early P-80's.
Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong. I would make separate modes for Korea and Cold War and keep the
upper limit on new adds to 1960. beyond that, you are talking about a whole new game, not just a new mode.
WT's current meta would not work well for those newer vehicles. Same advice would apply to all GF's.

Next I would make EC available at all times in all modes, selectable from the events menu.
EC is a good start, but the way Gaijin has implemented it is all wrong.
EC needs to be a dynamic ever changing meta with player controlled ground and air forces. Right now, all EC
maps in RB are empty and boring. (i don't play Sim, so I can't comment on them) These very large maps
need to be filled with things for all vehicles to do. There should be convoys and trains for attacker aircraft.
Factories, shipyards, submarine bases and missle sites for bombers as well as the usual bases and airfields.
I would implement EC for AB as well.
All matches now are way too short. Anything that can be done to bring the average battle time up to about 20 minutes
or so would be a welcome change. For those who prefer longer battles, EC would be available for all modes at all times
in the event menu.

Another thing that would help is to have a mode menu where players can choose which mode to play.
You could select GS, Dom or Air Dom. Maps however would remain random.

Ground strike changes:
Add more targets. Add realistic strategic targets like munitions, tank and aircraft factories etc.
Airfield destruction WILL NOT end the match, just make landing and repair not available.
End of match determined by total destruction of all ground targets or aircraft. Above all REMOVE SELF DESTRUCT for GT's.
All targets must be destroyed by players.

Domination changes:
Get rid of all 1 or 2 AF maps. All maps should have at least 3, 4 or 5 airfields to spread out the battle.
Add more AI ground vehicles that can cap and must be destroyed. There are currently too few and there are
not enough of them to keep bombers busy for more than 5 minutes
End of game would be either 1 team holds all fields for at least 5 minutes or total loss of vehicles on one team.

Air Domination:
This is a very controversial mode. Either you love it or hate it. It should be selectable for those who want it.
Add bases, ground targets and airfields to give bombers something to do and a place to land and repair if desired.
End of game is fine as it is with zone capture or after 20 minutes, however, I would eliminate the "both sides lose" meta by
declaring a winner for the team with the highest score. No more games that nobody wins.

Revert mouse aim to where it was pre 1.47. I know everyone thinks it was changed in 1.59, but subliminal changes
have been occuring a little at a time since 1.47.

Improve and refine Joystick controls and make them viable in all modes, not just sim.

Add at the very least, placeholder cockpits for bombers. The virtual cockpit view is disorienting and gives
bombers a spotting advantage over fighters in sim. It's as good as 3rd person and gives a viewpoint that
is not available to fighter and attackers who are restricted to cockpit view.

Make available a "no markers" mode for RB air that is optional and can be selected by the player who wants it.

Create some different combat scenarios for RB. Currently, all RB maps are TDM.

Improve the economy:
Currently it is slanted in favor of air kills. Nothing pays as much as air kills and this in itself leads to the
same furball scenario on all maps no matter the objective. Playing the objective should reap the highest earnings.
Ground force earnings are pitiful and the grind is oppresive. Increasing RP and SL rewards for GF's will go a long way.
In AF's, increase earnings for ground targets and assists to at least 60% of air kill rewards.
Lower RP requirements for the grind and bring repair costs especially for Japan RB more into line with other nations.

Finally, refine all FM's and DM's and return the effectivness of US .50 cal and German and Japanese cannons.
Other weapons that have been nerfed (too many to mention) should also be refined and made more effective.

I'm sure I missed something, but there is so much that can be improved about this game that it would fill a book.

Ahh thanks I forgot about making so that postwar tanks didn't see wartime tanks. You seem to misunderstand me on the jet nerf thing now I wouldn't nerf the jets ingame what I ment is lets use the Su27 as an example it's a modern jet that I would add to the game what I would do is have the missiles it carries heavily nerfed from how they are irl if you ever catch me on TS i can explain it better but It would kinda be like Ace Combats SAAM's http://acecombat.wikia.com/wiki/Semi...to-Air_Missile

Well all the I's cause we would all think something different, not one of us is alike that's fine. what I would do if I was in charge is keep War thunder a WW2 game cause everything that come after 1946 sucks......... Oh and get me them japanese tanks as well with some nie chinese front maps.
