Calling all Gun-Nuts!

Hey all! I am fairly new to this group so i haven't had a chance to get to know many of you yet, however i thought i would share with you what occupies a good portion of my time aside from gaming with you good people and spening time with my wonderful fiancee and beautiful 2 year old daughter: GUNS! aka Weapons, Firearms, leadslingers (whatever you want to call them.

I am an Army brat, i grew up overseas on various bases and when my Dad (Master Sgt.) and my Mom (Major) finally decided to retire and move us to the states, I immediately started shooting anything i could find. I grew up hearing stories of my Dad growing up on a farm, being able to come home and grab a pocket full of .22's and a rifle to go check his trapping line (im not kidding, he picked and sold berries and sold the skinds of the animals he trapped to pay for college). Unfortunately the only time i ever got to shoot was when we visited family back in Ohio over summer vacation. SO, first I got into paintball, then got a rifle (many rifles and shotguns after i turned 18) and on the GLORIOUS day of my 21st birthday i got my first legal handgun. I have 8 of them now as well as an assortment of Rifles, both bolt action and semi auto and a few shotguns.

This hobby has culminated in me realizing its what i really love in life so I am totally stoked to announce I was just accepted to the Pennsylvania Gunsmithing school and will be starting classes soon. I cant wait to graduate and make money doing what i love.

ANYWAY sorry for droning on BUT: I was just curious if anyone else shared my hobby/interest.

nice p220, got any videos of you firing it?

I some videos of me shooting in an IDPA competition but I was using my Glock 19, I prefer 9mm for competition

That is getting as close to full auto for the public as I really need.

I know of many people in AOD who own firearms, but most of us don't like announcing it in a public forum.

Guns, while not inherently political, lead to political conversations very quickly. Keep the topic clean.
