weather and time

well quick question here

for ground forces when you go in test mode you can choose different weathers and times of the day
like rain in the noon or clouded at the evening

but when i play games its always noon and good weather.

do the ground forces get different weathers or not? or is that only in sim?
same for planes btw. always good weather in the day

In arcade weather and time do change allthough not much really
and time changes more often then weather

Not sure what they do to determine the % chance of change but I've had some weather in Arcade and Realistic. Rainy hazy Berlin is the best BTW.

I think it is weather that effects the clouds on the map and if the weather is too bad you can even get a little bit of turbulence (at least in RB). For time differences, sometimes your battle will be at night or it can be just a the sunset or sunrise, apart from being at morning or noon all the time.

For the time I've played Arcade I never got a night battle map. Since I've switched to Realistic I got like three or four night ones, a "too bad that there is turbulence" one, couple of sunrise and sunsets. I'm not sure but it might be that Realistic has more variations.

Everything is cool when it is night time.

Arcade does have a few night battles. I had a nighttime Air Dom the other day, but the best one so far has been Gorge during a heavy snow storm.
