How come with the ranking structure there are only enlisted ranks and no officer ranks? I would think if you are going to use a military ranking structure you should have officers who control everything. Or is it just not listed on the ranking thing that there are officers?
spec, trainer, lance corporal, and corporal are nco ranks
sgt and higher are officer ranks
Have to dissociate what we do from the real world militaries that you know. May use some of the same titles, but doesn't work quite the same way.
