1.37 repairs ranks conversion..(contains spoiler if you dont like those)
For those of you who would like a heads up:
As you may now 1.37 is changing from 20 tiers to 5.
So your repair ranks will also go up or down in the new patch...the first day DEV server was onine they converted both directions and people were pissed.
So they changed them to only round up as far I can tell.
Here are some examples of how they convert so you know where to put your repair ranks at before hand to save you some crew XP after the conversion.
in 1.37 to buy repair rank from tier 3 to 4 (might have been from tier 2 to 3) was 600 crew points ouch) that is like buying gunners , ugh.
Crews with repair ranks 5,6,and 7 ( in 1.35) = tier 2 in (1.37)
Crews with repair ranks 9,10,11 = tier 3 in 1.37
Crews with repair ranks 12,13, 14? 15?,16? = Tier 4 ( I did not have any at 14,15,16 so not sure on those)
Crews with repair ranks 17,18,19,20 = tier 5
So you need your crews to be:
rank 5 for tier 2
rank 9 for tier 3
rank 12 for tier 4
rank 17 for tier 5
dont waste crew XP on the repair ranks in between if you cannot rank up the crew to next teir before patch..
and if your already repair rank 17 it will convert to max, so no need to buy 18,19,or 20.
