Should we break an AOD record?

On the home page of our site, down in the lower left, there is a box that says this:

Most users ever online was 493, 02-01-2009 at 04:40 AM.

That's 6 YEARS ago. 2,343 days that we could have broken this record. AOD has continued to grow, and we have had many opportunities to break this record.
SO
what should we do about this?
I suggest that we set aside a day that everyone in AOD (or all those who are able) get on the site at on time, and blow this record out of the water!

Any suggestions or discussion to have? Or any suggestions on dates we could have this happen on?

whens the annual AOD clan meeting? once a year, all divisions one time one place one meeting.. :) dunno if we still have annual meetings but that would prolly be the best bet :)

I think the last time we had a whole "clanwide" meeting was a little over a year ago and that was just because we were changing the password on Ventrilo. Never seen one channel so full and the rest so empty. haha

I was talking about our website, not teamspeak, but that might be fun too!

Now combine this with clan pictures in all the F2P games since everyone could create an account and we'd have a great goal.

Should we see if we could get something set to 'Okay, on this day everyone browse the forums from this time to this time on this day Eastern to see if we can break that'?

That's exactly what I was suggesting. OK, everyone, on X/X/2015, everyone get on the forums and stay on from 12 noon EST to 12:15 EST.

We'd have to stagger arrival by division so we don't DDOS ourselves.

and get Arch's permission to do this.

If they think it's a good idea, they'll find the thread. I won't bother the lord Sgt's on high about this.
