Oi, yes, I'll admit it.... me.
The keyboard is down and battery seem fried.
I've already ordered replacement parts, should be here in a few days.
In the meantime I'll be looking for a usb keyboard,
because this on screen click keyboard is getting really annoying >_>

Got your phone/laptop or other electronic device wet? And someone tells you rice right. well heres an Iphone after rice for 3 days- The rice didn't get to anything important.
Do not use of Rice for water damage repair specifically on smaller electronics. Stopping the corrosion and not powering it on is IMPORTANT!
Yes rice absorbs water - but rice expands. so what happens when in your bad of rice small enough pieces of rice gets in your phone/laptop or other electronic device.
Tthe smaller particles of rice- think that it expands 3 to 5 times its original size in some cases...). most of these electronics are made where there's no give room for expansion.
The *secret* though, is to remove your battery promptly. the water itself really doesn't hurt the device, it's when the it makes connections across the whole circuit board and provides high or low voltage to
something it shouldn't. The corrosion that is the effect of the water drying all can be conductive

Rice is such a BAD idea.....I hate cleaning half-swelled rice from phones and laptops....
