I just got Mass Effect 2 (instead of playing MB2 like I said I would

) and I am somewhat disapointed.
I expected more RPG GOODNESS but instead got a "streamlined" console game. You have like...4 powers, your weapons and armor have no STATS, and it just feels so different from the first one.
It seems that every "Big" game nowadays is a console game that gets ported to PC. Usually, this means a massive boost in playability (using knobs to turn and aim? what kind of monkey thought up of this?) , but more and more I'm seeing development choices that just kind of gimp it in favor of the console market.
The last game I played that was released on both platforms but was meant for PC was Dragon age.
I dunno, I'm only about 2 hours in to ME2 and I feel disappointed. Not saying I won't love it (cuz I will

) , just thought I needed a reason to post here.
By the way, for those that have played it....whats up with reloading? Shepherd wakes up and first thing he says is "I have no thermal ammo thingies" . If I were him I'd be like "WTF!? Where's my unlimited ammo!?"
And I've heard you don't get to drive the mako anymore :*( . I am sad

. How will I battering ram all the geth colossi over and over and shoot them before they get up?
