    Default Dark Souls 2

Anybody play or considering playing? I haven't seen any posts about this game yet. It looks like ESO but a lot harder.

It is nothing like ESO, other than having a fantasy setting.

Deff. 2 very different games. Dark souls is known for its punishing difficulty where as elder scrolls is just a fanatasy. ESO also has a monthly subscription ($15/month last I knew) while dark souls is a full game. Both do what they do very well, however if you arent into being constantly challenged, having virtually no way points and no real special abilities so to speak as comparable to elder scrolls then dark souls probably isn't for you. I would reccomend grabbing the first dark souls before grabbing #2, it should be decently cheap by now. Be warned however if on pc the controls are horrible especially without a controller. I have no idea if they fixed this in number 2.

I'm going to pick up Dark Souls 2 for the PC on April 25th, and might do a video series on it.

Dark Souls is challenging but rewarding for those who trudge on through with it. Probably my favorite game ever.
