When someone purchases a package and you helped them, you then give them the referral code. Someone asks for one on TS, offer it up. Someone posts on the forums wondering about a code, give it to them.
Right now you guys who are doing this are that scuzzy dude standing on the street corner shoving leaflets about a band playing at a bar. They might like the band. They might love the bar. They might have the best time EVER. But just that simple act puts more than a few so far off that you've completely lost them.
Is not so good. No one likes that guy.
Don't be that guy.
