Interested in Joining AOD TOR/How to Apply?

Angels of Death Star Wars: The Old Republic Division is looking for great individuals that are already knowledgeable or willing to work hard to become a skilled TOR player. Applications should also be able to participate actively within our growing gaming community. Recruitment to any AOD division is selective, and requires some things to be done on behalf of the applicant. Each prospective member will have a chance to meet and be interviewed in our IRC chat and our Ventrilo server before becoming a member.

What we expect from our members:

AOD is an honor-based clan community. We believe in sportsmanship, and do not condone talking down to opposing teams. Win or lose, we expect you to leave any clan activities or servers with no problems after you have ended your time playing. We expect that any new members will comply with this standard and reflect AOD membership very positively to the rest of the Old Republic community. All members should also be familiar with the Angels of Death Code of Conduct.

• Forum activity is required, and is essential for keeping up to date with clan and division happenings.
• Until the game goes beta, and after that launches, prospective TOR division members are expected to meet one another within IRC and on the clan Ventrilo server. There you will also meet current AOD members and develop friendships. This is essential for division chemistry and success within The Old Republic as a clan/guild.
• After the game goes live, you will be expected to be seen in the server and partake in AOD TOR activities. (If you are fortunate enough to get a beta invite, you should try to play with AOD members as well).
• In closing, be a good member of the AOD community and you will do fine. Be a member with honor!

• All members are expected to have the VOIP program Ventrilo (Working microphone or headset required)

If you're having troubles with the automated application, copy the fields from a previous application and paste them to a post. Fill them in with your own answers and submit in the form of a forum post. Make sure to put TOR as your game of interest.

After your application has been submitted, you will be contacted via Xfire or through the forums. You will be invited to join us on the public section of our Ventrilo server or our IRC Chat for your application processing, which can takes 3 to 7 days. During this time, prospective members should be active on our server, forum, and in Ventrilo (to become part of our community!). Keep in mind that this entire process decides whether or not your application for membership in Angels of Death will be accepted. While on our servers or forums remember to treat both AOD and Non-AOD members with respect.
