It happened to me too. I was making a really cool video and now I'm fucked because I haven't finished recording the replays.
Why do they do this? Isn't it possible to make changes without changing the replay mechanic?
I understand when a new version comes out, but all of these are 1.47. Since we are still in 1.47, I don't understand it.

Maybe using a different program to record your battles is a solution, that way you don't have to depend on gaijins replay system..
i think Wedge may be able to help you out.

That's an excellent suggestion Tucker, but one of the advantages of using the replay files is that you can dynamically change the camera position to create a far more sophisticated video that a external video capture program. I find it astonishing that either the graphics engine or the replay file format changes so drastically that some level of backward compatibility (even if only one version) can't be maintained. Alternatively, they could provide a conversion tool to convert the old replay file format to the new one.

We are not in a new version. It's still 1.47 I don't get it.
