I would say:
Scrap the optical drive - everything is pretty much universally available digitally these days. Unless there is a specific need for burning DVDs etc I wouldn't have it
A better CPU cooler - The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is basically the universal benchmark for great CPU cooling at the best price point available. In some cases it has been proven to be more efficient than some watercooled loops and AIO's etc
Cheaper MOBO is an easy win. Unless you're being specifically picky on a colour theme or for some other specific need, you can get all the same functionality for a fraction of the price of the one you've chosen.
RAM - No need to get 12gb. You can run 99.9% of games perfectly well on 8gb. Anything more, unless you're doing things like video rendering is overkill.
Mass storage - 1tb black series HDD is a fine choice. I would definitely use some of the money saved so far to get a boot SSD (amazing boot times and add your core programmes here for no lag or wait). WELL WORTH IT.
PSU - I would definitely recommend upgrading this. 430W may well be enough to power the build but you'll be potentially pushing its limits. Upgrading to a 500 or 550W would keep you will within any power limits and offer some headroom for future development and expansion.
