Hey guys,

I am posting this here, but officers feel free to let me know if you want it not here or just remove it.

Right yesterday I logged on to find myself with a 14 day ban for "unsporting behaviour", somewhat surprised (& fecking fuming) I sent a ticket in to their support system. Below are the messages, but the TL:DR verrsion is this;

Gaijin claim my client is modified; I ask should I re-install to fix this (no answer on that, so will do so just to be safe), I ask what the hell can cause it, they dont know thus;

Something modified my game files, not sure what, they don't know or wont tell me and I don't want to risk playing WT until I know my PC is safe so my account doesnt get flagged again....

For the record; the following runs along side my WT;
TeamSpeak
TS Notifier
Bandicam (occasionally)
AV, Malware & Firewall
Firefox (commonly)
Logitech kb drviers & config
Anker mouse drivers & config
puush (screenshot upload software - could be this as it uses keyhooks I think to monitor for the screenshot buttons?)
ATI CCC

Occasionally VLC if I have been watching things

Could I be given more details for this ban as at the moment I feel accused of something without any details or clue as to what I have been accused of!

1.6 m) Use, facilitate, create, or maintain any unauthorized connection with the Product, including without limitation (2) any connection using programs, tools, or software not expressly approved by Gaijin;

Second use of this or the other software breaching the EULA will lead to the permanent blocking of your game account.

So what am I to do? Reinstall War Thunder & hope that the isnt a 3rd party software being detected by you that is doing something? I need help to resolve this as currently all your saying is "something went wrong, but we cant tell you what", and unless I know what it is I dont know what to start removing from my pc to stop it happening again.
Should I be running malware scans etc or what?

Alas, here in Support we don't know which software was installed on your PC at the moment of ban.

Obviously, there is nothing to investigate at the moment.

Just don't use any software which could possibly interfere with the game.

You are saying that the game files have been modified, but you dont know how or by what? As because of this I get a warning and a 14 day ban, regardless of not having done anything wrong? Then when I ask for what could cause this you simply say "we dont know"?

How about you guys help me work out what has happened so that I can avoid this, as I have spent quite a bit of money on this game and to have it taken without a reasonable explanation or assistance in working out why is shocking in my opinion.

I can happily list the things that start up & run along side my pc as well as all the things that run while war thunder is running, see if any of these could be causing the problem, would that help? If you wish I can open up the ports & allow you to check for yourself?

I remember in the past that "sweetfx" was the cause of some issues, would "bandicam" be causing similar issues?

Customer Support is not involved into in-game violations investigations, so we can't help you to find out what exactly caused the ban.
