A brief absence

So, just spent a week in the hospital with small pulmonary emboli in both lungs. Everything's alright now, but there was some talk about me maybe spending too much time sitting in front of the computer . I said I'll get up and move around every hour, but that's all yer gettin'. Asked the wife to box up the PC and bring it to my room. I'll leave her response to your imaginations. Anyhow, glad to be back!

Thanks. Should have also passed along the Dr's orders: get up and move around each hour to prevent clots. Else our headstones read "Death by War Thunder!"

Maybe we need a room where on every hour everyone gets up and does 5 minutes of exercise like sit-ups, push-ups, stretching... etc!
