Default Best solution for cooling in dusty environment

Hey guys thought I would ask here if anyone has an innovate solution to this problem.

My PC is in the hallway in the house (we have an odd house) the are 3 smokers in the house and 4 dogs of which all of them have free reign while working at a farm so get nicely muddy etc.

I am trying to think of what would be the best cooling solution to use as the is an inordinate amount of dust and particles in the air (currently clogging up filters like mad). I have cm690ii case with its pre fitted filters over the front, bottom and top of the case with home-made filters over the vents on the side of the case (both). The issue is that particles still get through and if I use denser filter material (currently using stretched tights) the air flow drops too much. Also the filters clog up pretty rapidly.

Thought liquid cooling would have the same issue at the heat exchange point ?

    Any novel ideas or suggestions?

Before someone says put PC in different room, I can't.

Maybe not the solution you are looking for, but I blow my computer out with this every week.

I live in Florida with 1 cat and somehow my entire computer is full of dust and hair in less than a month if I don't keep up with it!

I guess liquid cooling would have the same problem at the radiator, but it would be less work to clean 1 or 2 filters instead of all the ones you got.

Maybe have some sort of electrostatic dust collector just outside the computer? The only problem I see with this is the static part, although computer cases should be grounded so it wouldn't matter.
