So some of you might know, I got myself a brake mod for my g27 pedals. It feels amazing to brake with this mod, very easy to install and didnt need any software or wiring changes.
Now my problem is: To get full braking out of my brake, I need to push down the brake of my pedals way harder than I used to. This means my pedals slide away from me in some situations ( unexpected braking for back markers or crashes).
Wich make it very hard to finish a race without having to readjust my pedals every few laps..
Now I'm thinking of a way to fix my pedals.
All measurements are in CM ( centimeters ), my floor is a wooden parquet.
What I use now to fix my pedals to that place is some ant-slip carpet (worked fine without brake mod, but I guess it has its limits)
Now I have been thinking for some solutions today and this is what I came up with:
First solution is to get some wood to stick in between the pedal and the wall.
Second one is to make my pedals tilt more with a wooden hill to fix my pedals on with screws that are available on the bottom of the pedals. To then make a wide wooden block to keep them at the right distance when needed with some wooden dowel connections (non glued).
Iff you find any new ways to fix my pedals from a certain distance, plz let me know.
Not gonna be deciding forever :P
