Perhaps the fire made you turn a different way :p? Very cool =p
The initial hit clipped your rudder which caused the first swing, the subsequent swing (or drift) was caused by the instructor (or you) countering it.
Once your wheels touched the ground the game changes the point of control (think Apex) so that it is around the wheels (the ground has a certain magnetic quality in WT), so the momentum keeps you going forward but the swing throws the plane out sideways.
As a note, if you are landing and want to slow down REALLY fast you can intentionally "drift" the plane around in a circle in a very small space, as your speed was 150km/h when you touched down this is most likely what happened.
Just be careful not to snap your wheels off, dig a tip in to the ground or flip.
I've seen people do that a couple of times and it still is pretty cool.LOL
By the way. I need to know WHO is singing that music in the video. I really LOVE that song.
Though I personally don't know what caused that, that was a really good song. You've gotta link that it's pretty awesome.
Its more fun to drift before you take off, but some planes dont like to drift and gets destroyed :( (IN RB)
What happened is your pilote wanted some xp so he pulled the hand brake while lighting his Sig with the fire at same time waving to the crowd.
Well that's what I think
I prefer Sky's answer.LOL

My post was the best :p Still the best drift of 2016~
It's called a "Ground loop' and is usually to be avoided as it often results in said wing-tip dig or gear snappage.However....for those w/quick repair times and some skill...
Say You've flown to Your base and landed. You're now on the runway, braking and what-not..When You get below 40mph *64kph roughly* "tap' the brakes, while engaging full right or left rudder and swinging Your view to match the rate of turn. You'll complete a 180,or ground-loop,and if You release the rudder 3/4's of the way through the turn, you end up facing the direction You landed in,repairing and ready to take off again! It's fun to do, great for quick-turns when reloading/repairing and makes all the girls squeeee w/glee. Try it sometime
