Hey everyone,
Wanted to share the twitch links and some info for the iRacing endurance race several of us are competing in today and tomorrow -- the 24 Hours of Daytona.
This is a once a year event that always proves to be the ultimate test of patience, determination, and teamwork. We have two cars entered, both sporting custom paint schemes featuring the red and black w/ AOD logos on the doors (that other people and competitors can actually see as well!), and our drivers will be taking turns doing driver swaps during pit stops. Wish both teams luck as we attempt to survive to the end!
UPDATE: Race has finished.
ClanAOD.net A car finished 3rd(podium finish!), and the ClanAOD.net B car finished 6th!

A Car Recap Hours 1-6
We started the race with AOD_Pfc_YourhomieG driving it from 2nd place which we managed to maintain for the first couple of minutes. We managed to put the fight to the leading team and even got some lead laps out of it.
While doing all this we managed to pull a 15 second gap to the rest of the field which was then nullified by a spin in turn 4, which dropped us to 9th.
But with a great run and a bit of luck we managed to get back up to 2nd place which then once again was given away by another spin. Another great run put us back into 2nd again afterwards.
After those dramatic first 3 and a half hours it was time for a driver change. AOD_Pfc_Mystic took the wheel and continued right where we left of by getting into the lead and then spinning.
But don't worry, we got the lead back-and we were somewhat punted of the track leaving us with required repairs of sensational 3 seconds...
Currently the car is sitting in 2nd holding the gap to first at what we lost through the extra pit stop.
