Officers: There's never around when you need one!

I have a pair of recruits that naturally want to join right now, and there are no officers that I can find playing.

Their names are Novafry and BoredSquid

Im about to eat and then head down to be on for the night, can you ask if they cool waiting for an hour til im on or just watch to see if another officer comes on.
