K so i my perms was removed from TS3, then i followed all the steps for the identity, now what? Do i automatically get my perms back eventually or do i have to request them back?

Either contact an NCO and request permissions. Or wait 15 minutes for TS to sync with the forums. I believe it's every 15 minutes they sync with each other.

Yes, permissions get synced with the forums every quarter hour, on the quarter hour
