Currently i'm rocking a Core i5-4590 (LGA1150) with the Intel Stock cooler. Looking into getting a air cooler. Have a budget of around 35$. Also I have 160MM of CPU heatsink support (NZXT Source 220 Windowed Edition). Any recommendations?

Only 84 watts, almost anything would work. Just make sure it has the mount for LGA1150...

+2 on the hyper evo 212. That's what I am rocking in my case right now because I don't want to get liquid or closed loop cooling right now. Best bang for your buck dropped my idle temp by 10 degrees right off the bat.
