Not a tank player in this game but its obvious that the camo bushes gives you some kind of advantage in realistic battles. Probably good players will do good even without it and wont have problems playing against someone that has it.
500 ge its not alot but if u have to spend 500 ge just for 1 tank , its gona cost u much more if u want to put it on more then one. Anyway it a free to play game, and compared to most of other free to play games , you can play this one and not pay a dime without any significant disadvantage. Plus they are doing alot of events where u can get alot of premium stuff.

Gaijin has actually confirmed that the "camouflage" does nothing to help or hinder ground forces. Unless you are closer than 50m, the camouflage actually starts to disappear, and after 100m it's not visible at all. There is a reason it's under the decorations tab. This is no pay to win feature, it's just a silly bush that makes your tank look cool.

I think the new decorations are cool since they add realism and another layer of customisation, however bushes seem to be an unfair advantage during realistic battles due to the fact that you have to buy them. So in my opinion they should make them winnable instead of purchasable.

For the people who seem to have misted it, you can now earn/win the bushes via warshops

The Camo is is shown to be shriveled up and useless when enemy's look at you normally without a scope, given if they scope in they might see the camo insted of you but chances are they will have low graphics on. people abuse low graphics to see through trees and shrubbery. its quite annoying. in the beginning i just thought it was good ol Russian X-ray
