ok..we're healing....
1-DONT go back immediately to extended gaming sessions. It'll put ya right back to square one.
2-continue the exercises. They not only promote healing/lengthening of tendons/ligaments, but also strengthen them.
3-Look into seeing Your Dr. for a reccomendation to a Phys.Therapist, just one visit is all Ya need. They'll teach You some exercises to do,but can also get ya fitted, and show You WHERE it goes, for a CTS compression sleeve. Bonus,it comes with a "Pad' of material on the underside, perfect for those who weak-wrist when they type/play...
also..disclaimer,I am NOT a Dr.merely some1 with experience in this.I say that due to the following. I would suggest a anti-inflammatory medication. Over the counter and used according to directions. NSAIDS as well as Ibuprofen will do the same thing.NSAIDS will last longer "Less pills during day' But also carry a big risk of stomach issues if You dont eat w/every dose. I AM NOT A DR.Merely providing knowledge on a personal level. I find that 600mg of Ibuprofen,1st thing in A.M. helps IMMENSELY during the day w/Carpal tunnel. Again, see a Dr,speak w/them and hurry back!
