I'm in college in Quito what you can call safe area, my family on the other hand is in one of the most afected areas as is my hometown of Portoviejo, they are all safe at my aunts on the outskirts of town and facing water and power shortages, we were all very lucky to have be safe and sound

Wow man, I am so glad to hear that you are OK. When I heard about the quake my first thoughts were about you. Too bad to hear about you're family though.
