Can I have your Tots
Skull and Bones V. Sea of Thieves
Okay, so I've been following these two games and was wondering what others thought.
Sea of Thieves : Cartoony but excellent art and graphics, somewhat comical/lighthearted, play as an individual pirate, teamwork needed to man ships with possibly up to 14 others, explore sea and islands.
Skull and Bones : More realistic graphics; still excellent, takes self more seriously, play as a ship/crew rather than individual, form gangs with other ships; take out rival gangs and flee from pirate hunters, likely no land gameplay.
These are just the base points. Has anyone else been looking at these games? Any thoughts? What looks better? What would be more fun? Discuss!

I've been following Skull and Bones for some time now, and just recently got into following Sea of Thieves.
I think you summed it up in saying S&B is more serious, while SoT is more lighthearted. From my limited experience with the game, I think S&B will play more like World of Warships. Where SoT is more a mashup of gameplay
I'm more excited for Sea of Thieves to be honest.

The video on SaB I watched mentioned open world, just no on land gameplay... but it's still really early to be able to tell.

Hey Commando! We have a division request up for Sea of Thieves. If you think it's something you could get behind, go ahead and post up your interest full time or part time! :eerchug:

I am a meat popsicle
Pirate games Ahoy! I'll have to check out that Skull and Bones, but I'm sold on Sea of Thieves lol
It will be good to work in some comical/lighthearted into my game mix. If S&B is kind of a pirate themed world of warships, it sounds like SoT has more room to grow and the devs are really trying to deliver for the community
