Looking for a good (& quiet) CPU Cooler
Again, as the title states, I am in need of a good CPU cooler.
Right now, Intel BXTS15A CPU Cooler seems to be the best non-water cooler I found.
All I really want from it, besides it doing it's job (keeping the CPU cool), is that I want it to be quiet and started looking into some fan and non fan coolers since I noticed bad reviews for water coolers due to leaks, and that I do not plan to OC the CPU (or anything else) anyway.
I was also planning on getting one or two extra case fans to keep the whole unit cool anyway as well. Case that I want is the Fractal Design Define R5 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case since it is quiet and all the extras on it (please point out a quieter case if there is one, but still may go with the R5 since it also has it's extras).
Was also thinking of getting a fan controller such as NZXT Sentry 2 or 3.

well liquid aint that bad if your not moving your rig around daily, the http://www.corsair.com/en-ca/hydro-s...uid-cpu-cooler is a wonder machine
for regular coolers that thing looks like a nuclear bomb alone which scares me lol, But one ive always used since came out and never had a issue (in 2 seperate rigs) is the http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/...hyper-212-evo/.
This fan cooler allows my intel i5-4790 (i think...) to go from 3.5ghz to 4.0ghz(sometimes i do 4.2 for other stuff) solid and stable. Idle windows is about 30c most ive seen it spike in various games is 60c. This is even when inside my place is 25-35c already.

That Hyper 212 is an excellent cooler but it is tall. Make sure your case will clear it.

Knee High to a Worms Ass
I am currently using the H100i gtx, and it's quiet, but it is liquid. I was a bit wary of using liquid cooling at first, but AIO liquid coolers aren't all that scary. You don't have to worry about maintenance (other than dusting out that radiator, which you would have to do anyway with an air cooler), and as long as you don't mess with the tubing, leaking isn't anything to worry about.
If you still don't want to do liquid cooling, I understand. The Hyper 212 Evo is what I used to use, and it's fabulous. It's quiet, it's cool, and it's cool. Plus, it's fairly cheap.

Tom's Hardware just released an updated listing of, what they consider, the best coolers.
