problem with Dayz losding

So I am having a problem with one of my games Dayz ( The Stand Alone version ) when ever I load up the game the loading screen is allways blank before it had the Dayz picture. Now it is completely Black and when it finially loads up I can hear all the sounds i'd hear when playing the game execpt the game screen is black

I had that problem on my laptop. It was due to the fact that the integrated graphics did not meet the minimum game specs. Did you change the graphics settings? You should be able to change them in Steam before launching the game. Maybe something is set too high for your GPU to handle.
