since there is currently maintenance on the Servers for Update 1.61 and they just posted a video with all the changes I thought I would provide a short overview :)

Ground Forces: Added Ability to replace down Crew Members in Battle. You can research one spare Crew member who then is able to replace a down member. But minimum of 1 Crew Member (In Realistic: 2 Crew Members) still have to be alive.

Each Season lasts 2 Months (6 Seasons per year) and added more rewards like decals, Customization to Clantags, Trophy marks. The number of price winning places was rised to 100.
