From what I have seen just increase the power target to 120%, and change the fan curve to run a little higher and let GPU boost take control otherwise here is a link to video that talks about overclocking Pascal GPUs. From what I can understand about Pascal and GPU boost 3.0 they limit you a lot on what you can do but the best way to get faster speeds is to run the card cooler so faster fans (can get noisy) and setting the power target to 120%.

Should be the same steps as any other Pascal based card. Here's what I used for my Strix 1080.
    1. Download MSI Afterburner Beta 4 and set Power Limit to Max (120%).
    2. Unlink Power and Temp Limit. Set Temp limit to 80C. The card is rated to run much higher, however, I highly suggest keeping temps under 80C for day to day gaming.
    3. Bump core clock up by 10 and do a run of Fire Strike Extreme.
    4. If driver crashes, reduce core to by 5, otherwise increase by another 10.
    5. Once you are stable on core, bump memory up by 50 and rinse repeat until both are stable.

From a quick glance at reviews, most are getting +10 Core and +150 Memory, so don't expect to OC much.
