Break-Down of Ranks

Recruit

New member to the clan. Have fun. We're getting to know you as you get a feel for us and what we're about. After three to four weeks, we will bump you to cadet.

Cadet

Cadets understand how the division works. Cadets will be trusted with more responsibilities. Contribute to the clan; you will be noticed. There is no time specification for how long you spend at this rank - that's up to you.

Private

Privates have been around a while. They are open to helping new members and helping facilitate squads in game. There is no time specification for how long you spend at this rank - that's up to you. Here is where you will be looked at for potential leadership positions.

Private First-Class

A veteran member. Knows the ropes well, helps out constantly. Is expected to assist new members and help facilitate squads in game regularly. There is no time specification for how long you spend at this rank - that's up to you.

Specialist

Only the most experienced and dedicated members can reach this rank. Achieving this rank takes a significant amount of time and effort.

Lance Corporal

Primary recruiter and in-game leader. The lifeblood of recruiting in the Division. First link in the Chain of Command. If you have questions/issues, LCpls should be the first people you look for.

Corporal

NCOs that have proven themselves through veteran leadership and recruitment. Cpls not only deal with in-game leadership and recruiting, but are asked to perform administrative duties on the forums. Cpls are usually being groomed for Sergeant.

Sergeant

Sergeants are in charge of day to day admin and oversee recruitment and in-game leadership.

Staff Sergeant

Veteran leaders, usually COs/XOs. Usually ill-tempered and jaded (mostly kidding!). You can usually find them crying in a corner somewhere, buried in paperwork.
