You said I wish, ok not sure If i used to wrong abbreviation, but when is typed mb I meant megabyte..not megabit, so I failed to put it in CAPS. per this article (https://opensignal.com/knowledgebase...nd-megabit.php) a megabit is used when figuring download speed. What i was referring to and didn't clarify was megabyte.. and yes there are drives that even pass the gigabtye size for file transfer, namely PCIE ssds. So when I said that hard drives should be able to transfer at 100+ mb/second, I meant MB/second, and for instance my Samsung 850 evo transfers somewhere around 400-500 MB/second, definitely more than 40-75 you listed. http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages...review,11.html shows read speeds as high as 500 MB+.
