a really cool game that looks like minecraft in space

the game is like minecraft in space but is in some sense more fun. But it does take time to learn how to play the game, which i'm willing to help as i am playing the game.

You can do solo or play on servers, and NPCs can be abundance. As for people, all depends the server you join

there is a large number of servers out there on the game.
you are able to play on a single player world or play on a server.
the game itself is known put not that well known to some respect.
NPC's are all over the place in different groups ranging from pirates to traders which act differently depending on what you or your faction did or what other npc factions do.
the ships which can be built only have a limit of the server capacity and what your computer can handle.
p.s. if you do make a stupidly large ship you will screw over the server so much that they ban you because thous types of ships make the game unplayable for not only you but for everyone in the server, max is 1.8 KM in diameter in any direction. another thing that will also cause serious lag is a large number of logic boards (basically your redstone from Minecraft).

in al large amount of MMO games there's always a group system, well there is for StarMade. It's called factions and by the knowledge i have they can have as many members as they want in it. Also, the founders of the faction are the only ones that can accept, denied, reject, promote and demote in the game and faction. They are also in charge of diplomatic relationships between other factions in the same galaxy.

but like you said there isn't really much to see in the beginning but later on you do see it.
also, the logic system is MASSIVE!
there's so many uses of it I have only hit the floor of it, of a 100 story building about it.

I am not on the AOD server as i am talking to one of the admins to the server i visit and play on regularly. To find the TS3 server just look at the post above for the details and when you enter look for my name (Silence) and that's where i'll be.

sure, the problem is my computer is having problems playing the game at the moment but i'm working to fix it.
look for a server in the server tab called "Freaks R Us!!"
then when you are on that server look for a faction called "Federation"
i'm the leader of it and it's the largest faction on the server containing 20 people.
also, i live in australia so my times will be different to everyone else (no duh) so i'll try to arrange a time to be on and help the others who are interested.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:
the server admin is also part of the faction and is a nice lad to talk to, and by saying that be on your best behaviour as we are representing Angels of Death.
so keep that thought in mind and be careful about what you say.
