Great sound in game play, however, I can not get the mic to work. Went into set up on the OS (Windows10....stop laughing now) and it will not work. Please advise.
Also, on Team Speak, is there a preferred server to use?

First make sure the drivers are install correctly.
Unplug the usb dongle and power down the headset.
Plug back in the usb, then turn on the headset.
Right click on the sound icon at the tool bar and goto Playback Devices. Can also look under Recording Devices and see if the headset is there too.
Make sure Windows sees your headset.
Load up Teamspeak and goto settings. Check playback and capture make sure they're both set to your headset. Then hit test and see if it works.
The other issue could be is you have your mic muted.
Go back to the Recording Devices on the sound icon and goto properties on the headset then choose levels. Make sure it's turned up.
