Help with forum badge creation

The basic idea of the awards is simple, we want to recognize members in the clan for their dedication and hard work.

Some simple guide lines:
- These awards should be for something exemplary and really worth commendation. We don't want everyone running around with 50 awards. That will simply water down the entire purpose.
- These awards should be for meaningful actions or very difficult achievements. They should not be flashy, but should really honor the member and the clan.
- These awards MAY be clanwide or specific to a division, however, divisional awards must be available to part time members.

Artwork
There are two pieces of artwork for each award. They may be the same image if you wish, however, they should also not be so different as to seem unrelated.

Award Image: This image is the basic graphical representation of the award. It should, in some way, identify what the purpose is or resemble the name of the award.
- Up to 100x100 (pixels)

Award Icon: This image is the icon that will appear under the user's information next to their posts on the forums. This should still be representative of the award, however, since we have limited space, in that area of the posts, we can't allow these to be large.
- Up to 60x60 (pixels)

As a small example, consider WoT's Fox award: This award follows the military combat/engagement badge worn by military in dress/official uniforms.
