The color blue wasnt always a color as we know it today.
Sure we still had the color blue though not until recently we never thought as blue as a separate color. Video is a great watch.

While blue is one of the three primary colors with which you make all other colours, in old television screens the 3 used colours were green, yellow & red. Green was used in stead of blue because the human eye, through human evolution was much more sensible to the colour green than blue. With the decline of nature & less green visible to us, in the distant future we will become less sensible to green.
