Aye, I can be, at times.
But then, most of the stuff that people find funny on the internet is "random" and created through following steps: take things out of context and post it -> this creates an effect of the post looking random -> lack of context in a seemingly random post creates absurdity -> absurdity causes confusion (as a conflict between what we see and we subconciously, instinctively, intuitively know is right) -> as a defense against such an attack on our reasoning we, involuntarily (triggered by our subconcious), start to laugh (or chuckle, or grin...).
