Mate, the ultimate sandwich used to be made in Marks and Spencer food court, but the fuckers in head office scrapped it from the menu. I wrote a strongly worded letter of complaint because I was so upset..... Got a £50 voucher though so one can't complain too much.


Brown roll, buttered on one side. 10 hour slow cooked gammon, spiced to absolute perfection, it was falling off the bone. Lots of wholegrain English mustard to give it that kick, topped off with salad leaves, red onions and a dribble of balsamic salad dressing.

And that my friend, is how you make the best damn sandwich you were every eat in your life.
