Guys there is a disturbing trend happening recently.
People in game but not on vent. I'm looking right now at 20 people in game and 6 or 7 in vent.
You all agreed to it when recruited and it's part of the CoC.
Going forward people are going to be removed. Your harming the division.
I'd rather kick 80 people who are inactive or not being on vent than have 150+ that are not taking part.
It's getting my ass kicked from command and so now it's time to draw a line.

Fully support this Draig...being in vent isn't that hard and everyone should be able to do it.

you can be in the quiet room/have vent muted if you want... but it's an AOD rule that you need to be on vent when playing an AOD game so BE ON VENT

It has been like this for sometime already! People have been asked nicely, and spoken to by either Myself, Drunkingunner and Dimitrion in the past when we have been in game together.
Come on guy's when you signed up you agreed to this (I know i was asked and i agreed to it). Let's get our Sh*t sorted.

The problem is it has a spiral effect.
People log onto Vent, don't see many online, so don't bother to load up the game at all = bad news.
OR
People are logging into the game, then not bothering to even try vent because they don't expect to see many on.
Either way it is bad news. The only ones who can fix it is the members. By logging into vent as agreed.
The only measures open to me are to start removing people who don't do it.
We have asked nicely and politely, many, many times.
I've asked all the officers to start taking names of people in game and not on vent.
A count of these people is kept in the officer forums.
3 strikes and you will get a final warning by PM.
Then I'll start banning people.
I really DO NOT want to do this, but seriously, 154 full time members and there was 20 in game last night, with SIX in vent.
Totally unacceptable.
I trust you all to do the right thing from here on out. There will be no further warnings or chances given.
If Command Sgts see it happen don't be surprised if they give you an insta ban. At the end of the day you're breaking the CoC and endangering the division.
Many people have given a lot of time and in some cases money, to providing you with the best environment possible with events, trainings, practices scrimmages, Vent and forum use.
All you have to do in return is play and have fun while on Vent and sticking to the CoC.
Not so much to ask is it?
