There is still a visible "scar' on the mountains visible from Vegas of a drone packed w/the explosives that went off target and was directed into the Mountain by the operator in a last ditch effort to keep it off the "Reservation' as they refer to Area 51 out here. It's a perfect impact,nose first. You can see the outlines of the aircraft perfectly.Kinda odd. Lots of desert "scars' like that.Flying around the desert here you learn 2 things. 1-most of the state of Nevada,and therefore the airspace,is owned by the U.S.Gov't. 2-Lots of failed pilots out there!
